Product Repair Center
We have established comprehensive product repair centers in Yantai, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other locations, capable of conducting detailed inspections and repairs on products. Each repair center is equipped with professional repair technicians and tools, enabling them to address a variety of complex issues.
Our repair technicians have specific professional skills and extensive experience, and they are capable of providing services both on-site and off-site, allowing them to handle various complex service environments. Inspection Services
We have a well-established product inspection team that conducts annual product inspections. This allows us to promptly identify potential issues and address them on-site, providing our customers with the best possible service and reducing the risk of equipment failure and downtime.
Spare Parts service System
We have equipped our branches with specialized spare parts inventories, stocked with a large number of consumable parts that are readily available for immediate use. This setup minimizes procurement and production time, allowing us to provide our customers with professional spare parts services as quickly as possible.
Technical Consultation
We offer 24-hour professional technical consultation services. You can consult us with any questions you may have, and we will arrange for the most suitable service personnel or technical engineers to assist you.
Customer Management Service
We have designated customer service representatives to record all customer interactions, including repair requests and consultation services. These records are permanently stored in electronic files. We also actively seek valuable feedback from our customers, which is organized and submitted to the company for processing. All valuable suggestions are integrated into our product development and updates, allowing us to work hand in hand with customers to meet their daily production needs.
Additionally, we have a comprehensive follow-up mechanism in place, regularly reaching out to customers to understand the operational status of their equipment. If any issues are identified, we promptly arrange for technical personnel to proactively communicate and resolve them with the customer.
Accessories Service
After-sales service personnel will conduct a comprehensive inspection before replacing spare parts to eliminate damage to the spare parts caused by other faults. When customers replace parts by themselves, after-sales service personnel will also be arranged to guide the replacement throughout the process to improve timeliness and reduce losses.
Training Services
In addition to conducting professional theory and skills training and examinations for relevant after-sales service personnel from time to time, we also provide training services for customer operators. Customers can trust the relevant personnel to us, and we will train the relevant personnel according to customer needs. Guaranteed to return a skilled operator to the customer.
Service Staff Skills Assessment
All our after-sales service personnel need to undergo professional training and obtain nationally recognized professional skills qualification certificates. In addition, all after-sales personnel will undergo an in-factory skills assessment test every year. Only those who pass the test can participate in various after-sales service work.
