Product introduction

  • The SZNX series Evaporative Condenser cooling condenser is designed and developed by our company based on the JB/T7658.5-2006 'Evaporative condenser for ammonia refrigeration device' standard, integrating many years of design and production experience and integrating the advantages of similar products. New evaporative condenser. The product structure is advanced and reasonable, safe, reliable and efficient; it is widely used in air conditioning, refrigeration and refrigeration systems, process cooling and other occasions.


Advantages of use

  • Save electricity and water

    Make full use of the temperature difference between the dry and wet bulbs of the ambient air, and use the principle of water evaporation and vaporization to absorb a large amount of latent heat to take away the heat of the cooling medium. Compared with other types of water cooling methods, heat exchange can be achieved with less cooling water circulation and water consumption.

  • Save installation space and shorten construction period

    It integrates heat exchangers, cooling towers, circulating pools, and cooling water supply and return systems. Large components or the entire unit can be hoisted into place and can be placed on the roof to fully utilize the structural space.  

   

Structural and process characteristics

  • The condenser, cooling tower, and water supply and return pipelines are organically integrated into one, and the energy saving effect is obvious.

  • The wind and water flow in the same direction, which avoids the partial delamination of the water film at the bottom of the heat exchange tube caused by headwind blowing, resulting in local deterioration of the heat transfer effect and affecting the heat transfer coefficient.

  • The heat exchange tube is tilted toward the medium flow end, which facilitates the flow of liquid refrigerant and improves heat exchange efficiency.

  • There is an access door on the side of the equipment box for easy maintenance.

  • The blades of the axial flow fan are made of die-cast aluminum or high-strength fiber, which are light in weight, low in noise and high in efficiency; the motor is an outdoor moisture-proof motor.

  • The water pump adopts large flow, low head and low power, and the motor adopts outdoor moisture-proof motor.

  • The heat exchange coil and internal ferrous metal components have been treated by hot-dip galvanizing process and have good anti-corrosion performance.

  • The special heat exchange coil structure design makes the coil arrangement more compact.

  • The anti-clogging spray nozzle is used to spray water evenly and powerfully, covering a large area and not easily blocked.

  • Using a high-efficiency dehydrator, the dehydration efficiency is high and the water consumption is small.

  • A hydrophobic heat exchange layer is installed under the heat exchange coil to distribute water for a second time to cool down again and reduce the water temperature.


Typical applications

  • It can be used in temperate, subtropical and tropical climate conditions and is suitable for harsh environments of high temperature and high humidity.
