Structural and process characteristics
1. Small diameter φ16 stainless steel heat exchange tube; greatly improves the compressive strength while ensuring a certain heat exchange efficiency.
2. Continuously stamped high-toughness, overall corrugated, and rust-proof aluminum fins; optimized heat exchange geometry and heat exchange area ratio between tubes and fins to enhance the heat exchange effect. Reasonable fin spacing is 4mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm and flexible combination to change the fin spacing.
3. Advanced and professional tube expansion technology ensures the uniform fit of tubes and fins to the greatest extent.
4. Digitally controlled fully automatic welding process ensures welding quality.
5. All products are filled with less than 0.5MPa gas protection before leaving the factory.
